I'm also making the Swallowtail shawl. I've made the Lotus Blossom shawl, and I have to say, the pattern is very well written and the charts are nice and big (you won't go blind staring at it!). But, I've seen an Icarus shawl, and oh, it was so lovely! I like that it had more layers of the "lotus flower"-like lace pattern at the bottom edges. The Lotus Blossom shawl only has one.
