I soaked it; I spun out the water in the machine, on gentle; now it is on the bed, blocked to within an inch of its life.
After blocking out this shawl, I can see where blocking wires would come in handy, if you did a lot of lace knitting.
I really like the look of this pattern and I would like to knit it again in a lighter weight yarn, maybe fingering, I’m not sure if I am ready for lace weight.ÂÂ
