Next Project

Went thru yarn stash and got yarn and patterns together for next projects. Yoke cardigan for DD in 2 greens and ivory and zip cardigan for DS in variegated superwash wool.

Girls’ Day Out

Went out with Jennifer for a girls’ day out. First we went to Great Yarns! since they were having a huge sale. I bought 10 skeins of dark variegated superwash wool for a sweater for DS and 6 skeins in ivory and light green for a sweater for DD.

After the stash enhancement we went and got pedicures. I had never had a pedicure before, all I have to say is that it should be mandatory for every woman to get a pedicure at least once every 6 months. I felt so relaxed when it was finished.

Since Discount Fabrics is right next to the salon so we stopped in. I was strong and didn’t buy anything, this time.

Stash Clearing

I went thru my yarn stash and decided I wouldn’t ever use all of the acrylic yarn sitting in there. I bagged it all up and DH dropped it off at a women’s shelter near his work, he said they were quite excited about it.
