undies

Undies for DD (3 of the 4 pair I made). I used KS2405 view A, I made the first pair and they looked like they would go upto her underarms. I cut off 1.5″ from the other 3 pair and they were much better.

I made 4 baby hats in XS from KS2433. One I made a bit smaller for my dd’s doll, the other three will be donated to a local charity.

Shirt and leggings for Baby Born from Ottobre 1/2003 #44 and headband pattern from Wollyonline (ok, I prolly didn’t need a pattern for the headband but it was there so I used it).

Jumper for DD from KS, I think the pattern is OOP but there is a new pattern on KS that is very similar. I made the jumper from pink baby cord with snowflakes and skiing and skating penguins . . . lol.

last dress

This is the last of the Ottobre 1/02 #13 dresses I cut out for DD. This will also be her Valentines Day dress. The fabric is a butter yellow velour with light pink, dark pink and red hearts.

more dresses

Two more dresses for DD from Ottobre 1/02 - #13. The solid dress is made from an 80/20 cotton/poly blend and the print is 100% poly. On the print dress I cut the skirt as 2 pieces, front and back instead of the 6 gores. I like the way it turned out as the details of the 6 gores can get lost in the print.

play dress

Dress for dd from Ottobre 1/02 - #13 tunic - size 110 — lengthened 10″ to dress length. I am happy with the construction, but I think the fabric makes it look a little nightgown-y. I used a 100% poly velour and it has a very soft hand. I think a cotton slip would add some body to it but I don’t think I am going to get that made tonight.

I finished up the doll basket tonight. I ripped the bumper and restitched it, evenly this time, and made a small pillow to go with the matress and blanket/quilt I made earlier.

more totes

These totes are going to hold the party favors for DD’s party on Sunday. I dug into my stash and found some cute prints and machine quilted them before making the bags.

toteable

“10 Minute Totable” from the Nancy’s Notions web site. I was about to give up on the project a day for January when I decided to whip up this little bag. I had never made one before but they had been on my to do list for a very long time. Wow, so easy to put together and so cute when finished!
